Very sunny and quiet apartment located in a beautiful modern building, in edge of the Montsouris Park one of the most famous parks of Paris and near "la Butte aux Cailles", charming village in Paris.It is a two rooms very luminous , located at the 5th floor, with elevator and exposed to south . The access to the building is secured by a double system (digicode + intercom).

Bus 21 stop is at 20m gives a random access to the Latin Quarter, to Ile de la Cité, to Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Opéra Garnier.
Bus 67 to 200 m can lead you to Pigalle and Montmartre.
