This beautiful 70 square meter apartment with old-world elegant antique furnishings ravishes the eye with its array of soft colors and aesthetic detail. A prominent Parisian antique dealer has chosen color and a mixed period of furniture, combined with all the modern comforts, to give ideal living in one of the most chic and bustling areas in the center of Paris. Ideal for 4, but sleeping comfortably up to 6 people, the apartment comprises a full bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a small boudoir bedroom with a double trundle bed that also doubles as a couch for a cozy reading area, and a large couch in the living room that folds out into a bed as well. The Entrance Corridor
As the new renter opens the front door, they are immediately welcomed by the perspective of the 2 square meter entrance corridor leading into the living room with large windows that allow a flood of natural light. At this point the eye is taunted by the glimpse of an elegant décor, color and antiques.
The Kitchen
Coming off to the right of the entrance corridor, is the kitchen, a long 6-square-meter room crowned by a large window and plenty of natural light. This room is as it should be, modern, with all its conveniences, plenty of cupboard space, dishes, pots and pans and counter space, comfortable for the gourmet cook.
The Living/Dining area
Harmony and grace await at the end of the entrance corridor, in the form of a large 34 square meter living and dining area. The eye is immediately drawn up, to the 3 and _ meter high ceilings decorated with Georgian cornices. The Master Bedroom
Adjacent to the boudoir and accessible by this room or by the bathroom, a very comfortable, 15 square meter bedroom with the same lofty ceilings as the rest of the apartment. One entire wall is consecrated to closets and an alcove houses the television. A queen-size bed dons this room, as well as tasteful chairs and lamps. A large high window allows ample light, like the rest of the apartment, and also like the rest of the apartment, the room is as calm as the countryside.
The Bathroom
From the bedroom a 2 square meter hall, also donned with ample closets, leads to the bathroom. This roomy 7 square meter bathroom has the luxury of a large bathtub and once again a large window lets in floods of natural sunlight. The bathroom has another door leading directly to the living room, allowing easy access to the toilets, without disturbing the other rooms.

| The Neighborhood : |
| More centrally located and convenient apartments are difficult to find in Paris. Situated just next to the place Vendome, practically across the street from the famous Ritz hotel, the area is chic and bustling. A ten minute walk takes you to the Tuileries garden and the Louvre in one direction, and a 5 minute walk takes you to the Opera in the other. Most other sites are all close by. Be it the Champs Elysées, the Marais, or the left bank, nothing is too far to walk, or just minutes by transportation. In addition, the rue de la Paix is located just near the theater district, shopping and restaurants, as well as super markets, bakeries and cafés.
