| Located on the ground floor of a well-maintained prewar building having an intercom system this silent 100 m2 duplex apartment can accommodate up to six people. Double glazed windows open to the small courtyard.In the first level are the tiny hall and an independent restroom, the living room, the kitchen, a corridor leading to the bathroom, and bedroom. A spiral wooden staircase climbs to the second level where are the master bedroom, a little bedroom, a corridor giving access to the second bathroom, laundry space, and private mini terrace. Yellow sponge painted walls match with the brick red tiled floor in the 30m2 living room. At the bottom of the living room the kitchen is off-white painted and tiled, equipped with four gas burners, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, a hood with exhaust fan, a combo fridge and freezer, a rectangular sink, and a worktop above and below which there are cupboards containing the utensils. There is a window. Opposite, in the corridor is the bathroom where walls are partly white tiled, partly paneled, and the floor is brown tiled. It encloses a bathtub with showerhead, and a washbasin placed on a marble top with a large mirror above and a cabinet below. Right after is the 27m2 U-shaped bedroom having white walls and a parquet floor, furnished with a convertible coach (becomes a double mattress close to the floor level), a single bed, a white wood mezzanine with a double mattress, an electric piano, bookshelves, a small rectangular table, and photos. Daylight comes through the skylights. At the second level the open 15m2 master bedroom is fitted out with a double bed with a bedside table, a built in mirror sliding doors¹ closet, wall-mounted lamp and a window protected by rolling blinds. Across the master bedroom is the 8m2 little office where there will be a coach becoming a double mattress close to the floor, there is a window with white net curtains.In the corridor there are bookshelves, a laundry tiny space with a washing machine and a drying machine, and a private mini terrace. Also in the corridor is a second smaller bathroom consisting on a white tiled shower protected by a plastic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin, and toilet. |
