This very charming and atypic studio is located in Quartier Saint-Paul close to the Marais. You'll be within a few minutes walk in the Marais, Beaubourg or in front of the Seine. On the 1st floor walk up, this studio offers a very large room where 2 people can enjoy this cocoon (International TV Channels and High Speed Internet included). With a designed concrete floor, this very large studio has a double bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the ustensils and equipments that will allow you to cook at home (fridge, microwave...). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a wash-basin with mirrors, the toilets and a washing-drying machine. The opened office, at the entry, is equipped with a desk and a phone to allow you to communicate with your family and friends.

Arrival and different departure for this apartment: Arrivals from 14 hours - Departures before 12 am. For the arrivals before 8 pm , the keys will be to remove from the address of the owner Which will be communicated in the contract. From there, you will be brought to the apartment by taxi. Arrivals after 20 hours :please add 50 euros for a late check-in Fee. Keys will be to remove from the address which will be communicated by the owner. No-smoking apartment, non-accepted animals. Payment of the balance upon the arrival by credit card, by cash or by check wording in euros. HOTEL SERVICE: bedlinen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied . The cleanning at the end of the stay is already included.
