The building dates from 1930 with the typical rotunda. The apartment has a large living room with pull-out sofa and a dining room. One bedroom has a large double bed and the two other bedrooms have smaller size double beds (140 cm wide) in mezzanine style. The apartment has a very cosy feel to it despite its size, with a great orientation, open rooms and a modern cooking area equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A computer is provided with internet access. Sheets, towels and other amenities are also included (telephone calls are not included).

The Neighborhood :

The apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood but calm side street near boulevard Saint-Michel, the Sorbonne and the Pantheon. It’s a great area for shopping with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and at the foot of the building. Ten minutes from boulevard Saint-Michel, from here you are just on the edge of the Seine with its boat tours and the Latin Quarter in the Saint-German neighbourhood. And just on the other end of the boulevard is the "Notre Dame de Paris" Cathedral and the "Marais" district nearby Paris City Hall and the Georges Pompidou Centre.
