| This 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall with a concierge leading to a courtyard. The building is on the right at the end of the courtyard.
The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a window with blinds that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a dining table for four people. It is also equipped with a cable TV and DVD player.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with three plates topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave and a dryer.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and two windows with curtains with a view of the street. It is furnished with a king size bed who can be to separate in two single beds, an armchair, two bedside tables, some shelves, two built-in closets and a decorative fireplace.
