Description :

A charming apartment of 40 m2, bright and calm, located in the heart of Paris on the third floor of a seventeenth century building which is very well secured (front door with a gate, code and interphone). The apartment has two rooms and a bathroom with toilets, a large living room divided into three parts, kitchen, dining room, living room, next to a small bedroom. It can easily accomodate either two or three people or a couple with two children. The kitchen with numerous cupboards is very well equipped (as you will see later). It leads to the dining room. It has a very nice white table with four chairs. A very large cupboard with a mirror allows to accomodate clothing, extra heating systems, a ventilator, an ironing board, a clothes horse. Next to it, the living room with white leathered sofas can accomodate six people. A child can very easily sleep there on a removable mattress. Another convertible bed for one person completes the bedding possibilities of this living room equipped with tv set, dvd player and a small HiFi system (radio and Cd player). The bedroom has a king sized bed, a commode with a second adjustable TV set, and a window that overlooks the patio of the building. the bathroom with toilets has a very nice shower, a wash basin, mirror lit from both sides, a towel dryer, a large cupboard place where one can find a hair dryer.
