| Montorgueil district is located in the hearth of Paris and it is one of the most appreciated of the capital. Totally pedestrian and quiete, there is a nice architecture, with 17th and 18th century buildings and also Haussmanian buildings . The district is very secured and its central location is perfect to discover Paris. You are only to few minutes by walking from wonderful Louvre museum, Beaubourg museum, Tuileries gardens, Palais-Royal gardens, the famous district of the Marais or the mythic St Germain des Près district... Perfectly well connected with a lot of buses and subways (only 50 min from international airport of Roissy Charles de Gaulle and 30min. from the business district of "la Défense"). This a chic and trendy district with young and dynamic population.You can enjoy the numerous cafés, terrasses and restaurants, or outdoor food market of the very animated Montorgueil street. For the fashion lovers, this a must of trendy and wonderful stores, for the antiques lovers you have the "passage du Grand Cerf" and the galerie Vivienne few minutes walking . Air-conditioning available only in June, July and August.
A person will pass by , for a few minutes every one or two days to feed the fishes . It is a no smoking apartment. The free use of the telephone is under conditions and destinations authorized will be communicated to you upon your arrival.
Security deposit is not debited (only if there are damages at the departure). The balance must be paid in cash upon the arrival. |
