This studio of 35 sqm is located on the 2rd floor without any lift. Ideally calm, both windows gives on a lovely courtyard.
The main room has a double bed and a large closet and a dining area. As your desires, you could watch international cable television, surf on high speed Internet or listen some music thanks to the Hi-Fi system.
The bathroom is furnished in a old parisian style: a washbasin on a wooden closet and a bathtub equipped with a shower. You would find all you need during your stay (air drier, towels...).The toilets are in the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully furnished with boiler, coffee pot, toaster along with all the dishes you may need during your stay. It is also equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and two hotplates.

Arrival and different departure for this apartment: Arrivals from 14 hours - Departures before 12 am. For the arrivals before 8 pm , the keys will be to remove from the address of the owner Which will be communicated in the contract. From there, you will be brought to the apartment by taxi. Arrivals after 20 hours :please add 50 euros for a late check-in Fee. Keys will be to remove from the address which will be communicated by the owner. No-smoking apartment, non-accepted animals. Payment of the balance upon the arrival by credit card, by cash or by check wording in euros. HOTEL SERVICE: bedlinen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied . The cleanning at the end of the stay is already included.
