This apartment of charm and luxury has an exceptional position in the heart of active Paris between Note Dame, Beaubourg and the Louvre just a step from Le Marais. The access is direct from any train stations and Paris airports but also for example to Saint Germain des Près, Champs Elysés, Arc de Triomphe, La Défense. or the Department stores district (La Fayette, Le Printemps).
Every m2 optimized, allows to live there in a extremely comfortable way. The apartment, exposed South and West, overlooking a car free area, is particularly loosened and brilliant.
The “American style kitchen” is very functional and full-equipped with a “space bar” leading to a spacious and airy dining room. The loundge offers a three place sofa and two “club armchairs”. Every bedroom has a different style: oak and paneling of time (17th century) for the one. Wengé, way primitive art for the other one.
The whole apartment is decorated in a very personal way with "French Touch" expected from Paris mix of tradition and modernity. The objective is that each feels at home in a discreet and inspired luxury.

Bathroom: Shower, Hair dryer. Separated toilets.
A vast wall cupboard equips one of the bedrooms and a separate dressing allows to empty suitcases without blocking the apartment.

Less than 10 minutes on foot, tens of restaurants propose for all the budget all the French and world cooking.
Museums: less than 15 minutes on foot: Beaubourg, the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Sainte Chapelle, Picasso or Arts et métiers museums.
Shops: the shopping center of the Halle unless 5 minutes by feet contains all the big classic brands. The district also abounds in numerous shops of fashion and design at very accessible prices. Market and gastronomic shops are held near (street Montorgueil). But also in a very short surrounding: cinema with a complex of 20 rooms; spa, hammam, and massage of relaxation; for the most sport fans: the swimming pool des Halles. and for the religious practice: Saint Eustache, Saint Gervais (community of Jerusalem).

| We really enjoyed our stay. It was great location! We were travelling with our two young daughters, so it was very nice to have kitchen and laundry facilities and the added space.
The fellow who met us at the apartment (Yves) was very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend ApartRental for anyone staying in Paris for a few days and would use it again ourselves.

| The appartment is really excellent, very new, clean and sunny. Very recomendable. Location is close to many things, although neighbourhood not much familiar. Nignts can get noisy. For summer days, the apartment deserves an AC. All in all, an excellent option to fully seize Paris.
