The apartment, a spacious upscale studio (40sqm), is typical for the quarter to which it belongs (the Marais, Paris 4th, between metro Saint Paul and Hôtel de Ville). Situated on the first floor of a 17th century house, with 4 meters high ceilings, beams and half-timbered walls, completely renovated, it is supposed to receive 3 people (one double-bed + one single). It is composed from an entrance with a piano, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven), a large bar provided with all the necessary tableware, and a nice bathroom with a shower. The living room is very spacious, with a long monastery table, a large baroque mirror, a rocking chair, a flat-screen television, etc.
