| Description : |
| Located in an 18th century building, this lovely apartment of 150m2 will bring you both the calm and cosiness you need after a day in Paris. The apartment was entirely renovated in 2003.It is organized around a 30m2 private terrace and a 16m2 teak patio where you can rest in all peacefulness surrounded by calm and verdure. | The Neighborhood : |
| The apartment is 100 metres from the Georges Pompidou Centre (Beaubourg), right in the middle of the famous Marais district. It is 1 minute by foot from the Halles, the largest commercial shopping centre in Paris. Very central, you can walk to the Louvre and Tuileries, to the Latin quarter and lose yourself in the small streets of the Marais, or discover the numerous small restaurants and terrace cafés winding their way from the alleyways. You can also stroll into the fashion, art-deco and designer boutiques that have appropriated the district. Considered a district for artists and "hype"people, the Marais is nonetheless one of the most ancient districts in Paris: buildings date for the most part from the 17th and 18th centuries and are magnificently restored. It is even the spirit of Paris itself that reigns here, with lots of fire and life, cafés and galleries. |
