This very comforable and spacious 56m² apartment is in a quiet street in central Paris and combines the elegance of a nineteenth-century building with modern luxury. Located on the 5th floor with an elevator, it has a balcony with potted plants and a table and chairs overlooking the rooftops of Paris.
The apartment has been luxuriously renovated with polished wooden floors, painted oak beams, a marble chimney and walls with a delicate silver finish. The lounge room is furnished with a mixture of traditional and contemporary lacquer cabinets, a glass dining table and chairs, two sumptuous settees and armchairs. There is also a stereo.
The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer, kettle and a coffee machine. Ideal for preparing delicious meals from fresh products bought at the nearby Montorgueil market.
The large bedroom has a double bed (140 x 220 cm), wardrobes, two bedside tables, cable TV with DVD player and a Power Plate exercise machine. The ensuite bathroom is very modern with mosaic tiles, a glass washbasin, designer taps, chrome heated towel rail, large curved glass shower recess and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate.
There is an unlimited WIFI Internet connection with unlimited phone access to numerous countries.
