Description :

The appartment is located in the third floor of a buiding, with an elevator, from the beggining of the 20th century, with a very cute garden. The appartment is very charming with apparent beams all over and facing the little courtyard. The first room is the living room with TV set and video and Hifi. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator. You have 2 bedrooms in row (4 persons can sleep). The first one is opened on the living room and the second one is at the bottom of the apartment, seperated with a door but you have to cross the first one to go in the second one. You have also a piano, a bathroom with washing machine.

Rue de Verneuil is a very nice little street in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres, very near le Cafe de Flore et Les Deux Magots, (very famous cafes), from le Musee d'Orsay and from Le Louvre (Museums) . The area is very central in Paris and moreover, the appartment is at one street from "Les Quais", bording the Seine River.The whole area is very entertaining: a lot of galeries and antiques, litterary area, shopping and decoration distric, "le bon marche" is also 2 minutes walking from the appartment. Everything is very accessible from this place; the subway passes near and there are a lot of buses for every direction.
