| apparently big communication problems between the local rent agency and apartrental we never got an answer to our e-mails. we sent all the information on our arrival by e-mail, but the local person didn't get the information. the street number indicated in the e-mail was false! therefore the taxi left us 200 m away from the right building in the e-mail, there was written that we have to be at the apartment latest 1h30 after the arrival of the flight. we were at the apartment approx. 1 h after the arrival, but nobody was there. we called the person. she told us that we should have called from the airport right after the arrival! (how should we know??) and that we would have to wait about 1 h for her to arrive. 1h45 after the person arrived and called us and asked where we are (we were at the wrong address as already written...) in the apartment there was no cot (although we asked for and got a confirmation for that). finally, the person organised one for the evening you see, the start was a real catastrophe, but finally we got the cot, the children slept well, the apartment was good and the stay was great. | |
