For many years, our Charter of Quality has proven to be greetly effective
for clear communication and understanding between our Company and our
clients. It presents our rigourous selection of apartments in Paris
or in Barcelona, and assists in giving our customers better information
with more defined expectations. In addition, this Charter well-defines
the various services we provide our clients and apartments owners, before,
after and during the stay. Apartrental is aware of the importance in
customer satisfaction and is dedicated, with its Charter of Quality,
to provide the highest level of service possible.

Criterion of Selection
Condition of the Apartment :
The apartment and its amenities (linens, towels, etc...) must be absolutely
clean.
Reception :
Upon arrival, the client must be warmly greeted by the property owner
or the personal contact,
Apartment location :
The apartment should be found in a quiet and safe neighborhood. A
digital access lock will be located at the building's entrance and/or
of the apartment. All apartments starting from the fourth floor must
be equipped with elevators unless indicated otherwise on our website.
Amenities
of the Apartment :
All-furnished kitchens, comfortable bed(s) with sheets, covers, and pillows, curtains on the windows, heating, electricity, gas, and a telephone with local calling.
In the apartment, customers will find soap, toilet paper, and one bath towel per person.
Other
useful information :
Upon arrival, the client will discover a guestbook, which includes
local police, fire and emergency phone numbers, local dentists, supermarkets,
and laundromats. Explanations of all amenities will be in English.
The customer will be provided with two key chains, upon which the
price of lost keys will be indicated.
Apartrental Services
Preselection
and Presentation :
Apartrental completes a rigourous preselection of the apartments that
the owners advertise on our website. If all criteria is met, the Apartrental
Team visits said apartment one or more times to take additional photographs
and to assure with the owner that all amenities are well-described
on our website.
Pricing
:
In coordination with the owner, Apartrental displays the apartment
prices conforming with typical market value.
Reservation
:
Apartrental advises and helps its clients to choose the best apartment.
It manages the reservation by sending all information and supervising
the medium of payment.
Others
Services :
Transfers from Airport (customers can have limousine service upon
their arrival, handled by our partner : Firstway). They will be awaited
with their names on a sign and luggage will be handled from the airport
to the apartment (helping to carry up the luggage is also possible.)
Other services can be requested by the customers, which Apartrental
will then connect said customers to its selected partners.
During
the Stay :
The customers can ask the owners or their representative of a particular
need or service during their stay. However, if it cannot be accomplished
by the owner, Apartrental will try to find, directly or indirectly,
a solution.
After
the Stay :
A few days after the stay, Apartrental will request of its customers
a survey of satisfaction via email. The processing of this survey
is made by our customer service department, and allows us to improve
the total quality of the apartments and the stays for our customers.
Certain apartments can be possibly removed from Apartental website
in the event of an unpleasant stay. The customer can also (and is
even recommended) to put a small commentary on the Apartrental Guestbook
site, by referencing the number of the occupied apartment. The GuestBook
is moderated by Apartrental. If a problem appears during a stay, it
is necessary to inform us as soon as possible.
Apartrental Guarantee :
Apartrental works to ensure its customers a stay of quality. In the
event of incident in an apartment, due to any
cause (accident, flooding, etc...), Apartrental will try to find for
the customer an equivalent apartment, regarding size and price, and
if possible in the same district.
Communication :
Apartrental has established 3 telephone lines for its customers in

Each customer has access to the ApartRental Database after having
signed in with a login and can obtain the following information :
- personal information
- contract
- check-in and check-out
- remaining balance
In addition, Apartrental connects the owner and the customer as soon
as the reservation is confirmed and always guarantees email exchanges
in the event of an Internet problem.
