The apartment is located in the neighborhood of the Born district, the citycenter in the 13th and 14th century. The church of santa maria del Mar, a superb gothic building is the Symbol of this era. The district has become one of the most frequently visited spots in the city over the last few years, and houses one of the most visited museum of the city, the Museu Picasso. This has led to the emergence of restaurants, bars, cocktail bars, and other fashionable venues, injecting it with new life whilst respecting its traditional character. The apartment central location provides you with easy access to: Las Ramblas, the old port, the beaches & the gothic quarter. Nearby metro station: Jaume I (l4 yellow line)

Special conditions :
Cleaning fee: 50 euros. This amount must be paid on arrival. CAUTION: High Season includes Christmas and New Year (December 20 to January 03) The months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October, the 3GSM in February (dates to be determined each year). The date of payment of the balance is provided by the apartment owner.
