| Beautiful and luminous apartment opened in March and situated in one of the most important shopping and business areas of Madrid, just 5 minutes far from the subway. The apartment has an exterior bethroom, a complete kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, food mixer, coffee machine, juicer, electric kettle). There are two high stools, a very comfortable double size sofa bed, a folding dining room table, 4 chairs, a table desk, PC (Windows XP and Messenger); besides, there is an additional individual line to connect your laptop (High speed ADSL) and wireless connection, 26” TV and DVD. There is also a big wardrobe. An additional folding bed is also offered. If you travel by car, there are two parkings in the nearby. The apartment is perfect for couples with or without children. |

| A quarter from the centre by subway and a quarter from the airport by taxi.. Charmartin railway station is 10 minutes far from the area as well as the Nuevos Ministerios subway station (this station connects with Barajas Airport). You can reach the Santiago Bernabeu stadium by walking. There are several supermarkets and pubs in the area. Near the neighbourhood you will find la Dehesa de la Villa, an enormous park considered one of the “green zones” of the city, full of centennial pines and sport areas. | |
