It is a 2 story building with 2 apartments per floor, one 2 bedroom and three 1 bedroom apartment. Apartments are full of charm with chimneys; top units have beautiful wooden beams, high ceilings. This Miami Beach vacation rentals apartment building is secured with fences and an intercom system and a video camera system. Three parking spots are available within the property, first come first served; arrangements need to be made with the office to reserve. Residents of L'etoile have access to a large and wonderful garden and a superb brand new built pool equipped with patio furniture to enjoy Miami's delightful morning and late afternoon. This Miami vacation apartments offer free internet access. The 1 bedroom apartment measures approximatively 650 sqf, it has been substantially upgraded for your comfort. The independent kitchen is adjacent to a dining area. Floors are woden throughout the unit.
