The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, of a very typical Parisian building: 2 living rooms (with tables and chairs), 1 bed room, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 bathroom 2 shower and 1 bath tub. The access is by the stairs. Completely renovated with modern and contemporary furniture, the apartment is brand new in a sober and elegant atmosphere. About the 7 sleeps: 1 king size bed in the room, 2 queen size sofa bed in each living room, 1 folding bed you can put where you want The kitchens are fully equipped with all the amenities and facilities: microwave, wash machine, dish machine, coffee machine, oven, etc. You will be able to cook like a French Gourmet. Of course full free Internet WIFI connection, cable TV with more than 500 international channels and full free long distance calls to everywhere. | A beautiful one among our Paris apartments. Very well located in the heart of Paris, the Louvre is just round the corner and the Halles are behing. The river Seine and the Ile de la Cité is two steps away wiht an access by the very nice place Dauphine. This apartment in Paris is near the metro Louvre Rivoli round the corner, very close to shops, markets, groceries, art galleries, coffee shops and restaurants. The first district is lovely, surrounded with all touristic attractions that count in Paris, like the Jardin des Tuileries, The Eiffel Tower, Beaubourg and Notre Dame de Paris. | SPECIAL HIGH SEASON Christmas period from December 18 to January 10 increased by 20% Easter weekend 20% Check-in 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If the apartment is available beforehand, it is possible arrive earlier with the consent of the landlord but not before 9:00 am Check-in between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm : 40€ supplement Check-in after 11:00 pm : 60€ supplement The tenant should advise the landlord of his travel arrangements prior to the day of arrival both for check-in/ check-out. The tenant should advise the landlord of any delays (plane, train, traffic jams, etc), otherwise the landlord will request 20€ for every hour of delay upon the agreed time of arrival. Check-out: Check-out : 9:00 am to 12:00 am. If the apartment is available it is possible to stay until 2:00 pm. Departures before 9:00 am : check-out the previous day late afternoon or self check-out. The landlord reserves the right to withhold the deposit and to return it within 15 days. Once the check-out time is agreed upon and once the landlord in the apartament at the agreed time, the landlord will request a 50€ penalty for every 30 min delay in departure thereafter, unless the change of time is requested and agreed upon 48h prior to departure. The tenant is requested to confirm his check-out time prior to arrival or upon arrival at the latest, in agreement with the landlord. Linen/Toilettries The tennant is requested not to use any of the extra linen in the apartment that has not been provided on the day of check-in without the consent of the landlord. Dry cleaning expenses on any unauthorized use of linen will be invoiced to the client and deducted directly from the deposit. Rent A minimum amount of 300€ in cash and the balance in : Check on French bank accounts + copy of passport Travellers check with double signature + copy of passport Cash in euros or the equivalent in amount in any currency Bank transfers to our French account Deposit Payment of the refundable deposit is accepted via : Check on French bank accounts + copy of passport Travellers check with double signature + copy of passport Cash in euros or the equivalent in amount in any currency Cleaning Cleaning service is provided at a rate of 20€/hour. Should the client wish to clean the apartment, this should be advised upon check-in. The apartment should be returned in the same pristine condition as upon arrival. All bedding must be cleaned, dried, ironed and beds made-up. All other linen, cleaned and folded. Beds 1 -2 people : 1 double bed; for any extra bed 20€ laundry fees 3-4 people: 2 double beds; for any extra bed 20€ laundry fees 5 people: 2 double beds + 1 single bed; for any extra bed 20€ laundry fees 6 people: 2 double beds + 2 single beds |
