Description :
Very beautiful apartment, being able to welcome up to 5 persons. It’s on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a building built in 1900. The apartment overlooks the courtyard, thus it’s very quiet. The apartment (46 m2 or 485 ft_) is very pleasant. It consists of a living-room (26 m2 or 280 ft_), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with separate shower, separate WC. High ceilings with moldings. The Neighborhood :
The ideally located apartment allows quick, easy access to the whole city in a few minutes (5 minutes to the Marais, the Bastille, the Châtelet, the Forum des Halles, the Père-Lachaise Cemetery…; 10 minutes to the Louvre Museum, the Palais Royal…; direct bus to Saint-Germain des Prés…) Across from the building: The RER station (A line leading into the Arc de Triomphe or the Champs-Elysées, La Défense and EuroDisney) Metro station (4 lines: 1, 2, 6 and 9) You can also reach Dynesland Paris in 35 minutes by direct train. Bus stop (3 lines: 56, 57 and 86) Taxi station The area is ideal for shopping. Two supermarkets are within 100 meters (110 yards) and remain open until 10 PM. In rue du Rendez-Vous leading into Place de la Nation, there are many high quality food stores (butchers, bakers, cheese merchants, wine merchants…).
