This pure Art Deco Paris Apartment (1925) building has kept its original charm, yet is adequately equipped with all modern amenities and security (elevators, a full time house keeper, a security code plus an intercom...) It was the home of the Capitaine Dreyfus from 1928 to 1935. It is located minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, and the Parc Monceau… The flat is located on the 4th floor (with elevator). It is comprehensively equipped with all modern appliances: 3 ovens (microwave, standard and steam) a vitro-ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a coffee machine, a toaster, etc . Full built-in red gloss lacquer cupboards; tiled floors; 2 white Corian worktops … The master bedroom is 30 square meters big, has 4 windows letting morning sun in, with an en-suite bathroom. A (locally) famous open air market awaits you all week long around the corner, rue Poncelet.
