The building has been built in 1639 by Le Vau, builder of Chäteau de Versailles. It is located in the hearth of St Louis island, which is in the hearth of Paris by 1 min walking from Notre-Dame church. It is a very chic building with large wooden door, opened on a quiete and paved courtyard.
Apartment on the 3rd floor, entirely decorated with 17th and 18th century style with 3,5m of height under ceiling, stained glasses, original wooden beams, parquet floor, old doors and "tomettes" tiling, Murano glosses and locks, walls with apparent stones.
The living room is very luminous offers has a table with chairs, sofa-bed, armchairs, Louis XIII fireplace, mirrors and old pieces of furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances. It is opened on the living room.
The both bedrooms overlooks a very quiete courtyard. It is furnished with an old desk and mirror. It has several cupboard.
The bathroom is decorated with a fact-hand tiling and famous french brand taps.
WC separated and washing machine/dryer.
Sheets and towels included.
Central heating with gas.
The Neighborhood : 
Superb central location of Paris in the Saint-Louis island, just beside Notre Dame cathedral. Within easy walking distance, either to the Latin Quarter -direction South - (Sorbonne University, Boulevard Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Pres church), or to the Le Marais district - direction North - which is one of the most ancient districts of Paris (Place des Vosges, Hotel de Ville, George Pompidou Centre). The area abound in restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The Louvre or Orsay museums are only a few minutes trip by bus or underground.
