Apartment located in a beautiful modern building, in edge of the Montsouris Park one of the most famous parks of Paris. It 's located close to "la Butte aux Cailles", charming village in Paris.It is a tree rooms very luminous , located at the 6th floor, with elevator and exposed to south . The open kitchen is completely equipped with plate with induction, fridge-freezer, furnace multifunction, washing machine for 9 people.
The first room (12 m2), with large window on garden, very calm, is furnished with a bed 140 X 200, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers LOUIS XV design. The second room is bigger (16m2), with view on the balcony and the park. There is a large dressing.
The WC are independent, with permanent air distribution. The 2 bathrooms are very functional with a shower with large opening.
The balcony (12m2) go along the apartment; it is the ideal place for reading, aperitif or the breakfast on the table bar.

The bus stop ORLY serves ORLY airport at only 50 meters.
Bus 21 stop is at 20m and gives a random access to the Latin Quarter, Ile de la Cité, to Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Opéra Garnier.
Bus 67 at 200 meters, can lead you to Pigalle and Montmartre.
