Description :
Paris flat located on the 4th floor with elevator of an elegant nineteenth-century building in a residential area of Saint-Germain des pres, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury furnished apartment is tastefully furnished with every modern comfort. The parquet floors, moulded ceilings and marble fireplace create an elegant atmosphere, while the black, white and grey decoration adds a contemporary touch. An entrance with a chest of drawers opens onto the spacious lounge room with three large windows. There is a sofa that seats 3 people and converts into a comfortable double bed (W140 cm) and two contemporary metal chairs. For your entertainment and communications ther is a flat screen cable television with DVD player, an iPod compatible hi-fi and a high-speed Internet connexion. Above the large black rectangular table with four contemporary chairs in the dining area hangs a crystal chandelier. The entrance also gives access to the main bedroom which looks onto a large courtyard. The furniture comprises a double bed (W160 cm) and two bedside tables with lamps as well as numerous built in wardrobes. There is a private toilet and an adjacent bathroom in marble comprising a bath shower, large washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer. A second bedroom is adjacent to the lounge room and contains two single beds (W80 cm) which can transform into double beds. Next to the dining area there is a second bathroom also in marble with a shower as well as a washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail and hair dryer. The kitchen has a window and is very modern. It is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, 2 induction hotplates, a dishwasher, washing/drying machine, coffee machine, electric jug and toaster. The Neighborhood :
The apartment is located the very centre of Paris in a quiet residential area in Saint-Germain, near the corner of rue de Varenne and rue du Bac where there are many shops, cafés and restaurants. It is only 2 minutes walk to the Musée Maillol, 5 minutes to the Musée Rodin and 10 minutes to the Musée d’Orsay. Clothes shops of the most famous brands line the rue de Grenelle. Also nearby are the Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre is just across the Seine. Saint-Germain-dès-prés is particularly well known for it’s literary cafés - Le Café de Flore and les Deux Magots – and the numerous art galleries in the rue de Seine. For all arrivals/departures after 8 p.m. and before 8 a.m. or on Sunday and Public Holidays, there is a 50 euros extra fee to pay to the person who welcomes you. Check-in from 3pm, unless otherwise agreed. The payment of the balance and the deposit will have to be paid one month before the arrival by credit card in euros on our protected site.(or directly on the owner's bank account)
