Description :
Fifth floor with elevator on a quiet courtyard of a nineteenth-century building in front of the gardens of the Square du Temple in the Marais, this bright apartment offers peace and tranquillity . Completely renovated in October 2008, it offers every modern convenience. Exposed oak beams in the sitting room and oak floors and doors throughout give the apartment a warm atmosphere . There is A white leather sofa bed (W140cm) in the lounge for an extra couple or children and a round dining table seats 4 people. General features: a flat screen cable TV with DVD player, high speed Internet connection. There is also a washing/drying machine and storage cupboards with an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with high quality fittings including an oven/microwave, 2 vitro-ceramic hotplates, a fume hood, a freezer,a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffe-maker, The bedroom has a double bed (W160cm) and built in wardrobes and cupboards in which to store your clothes . In the bathroom there is a shower, washbasin, hair dryer, heated towel rail, and toilet. All linen and bathtowels are provided.

The Neighborhood :
Located in the north of the Marais in front of the gardens of the Square du Temple, this is a perfect area to explore the history of Paris. There are many cafés and restaurants, especially in the Chinese quarter around rue des Gravilliers. It is 10 minutes walk from The Pompidou Centre. On the other side of the Square du Temple there is the oldest covered market in Paris: Marché des Enfants Rouges. For exciting nightlife, the famous Parisian night clubs are located in the rue du Bourg de l’Abbé and the rue aux Ours. Or if you prefer culture, the museums: Musée Picasso, Musée Cognacq-Jay, Musée Carnavalet, Maison de Victor Hugo.are in the south of the Marais and It is only 10 minutes walk away from the apartment. The nearest Metro stations are Temple or Arts et Metiers. The buses line 75 and 20 both stop directly opposite the Square in front of the building.
