Description :
One bedroom apartment, 32 m2, bathroom with shower and wc, on the 3rd floor, no elevator, sleeps up to 4. Superb pied a terre full of left bank charm in an old town house with cobbled courtyard full of plants leading to an impressive wooden staircase. Sunny apartment with parquet floor and a double bed and desk in the bedroom with en suite bathroom and hanging area for clothes. The sitting room has the kitchenette area small table with three stools, sofa bed and storage in chest of drawers. Situated close to Place St Sulpice, and Rue de Seine and Odeon it is in the heart of St Germain close to bistrots and restaurants and shops. There is the covered St Germain market only 200 metres away aswell as bakery on the corner of rue Guisarde or the cheese, fruit and vegetables stalls and Champion supermarket Rue de Seine. The Deux Magots and Cafe Floor are close by on Boulevard St Germain as is the Brasserie Lipp another institution.

Special conditions :
Apartrental request ,for pre-booking, 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid to its bank account by bank transfer only. Once payment is made to Apartrental , you will receive a lease document from the owner's representative and this must be signed and returned to them within 48 hours please. The lease document indicates the details for the settlement of the rent advance by bank transfer net of all bank charges or by paypal where possible (50% payable at the reservation) and the organisation of the check-in and check-out. The balance of the rent (50%) is payable on arrival by cash or travelers checks in Euros or Bank Checks in Euros made out to beneficiary as indicated on lease document. Check in : 1 pm to 6 pm but an earlier check in time may be arranged from 9 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. Check out : 9.30 am but a special check out time may be arranged but must be agreed by your welcome agent in advance.
