Description :
One bedroom apartment, 46 m2, bathroom with shower and wc, separate wc, on the 3rd floor, no elevator, sleeps up to 4. Designer sunny loft style apartment, 46m2 with high ceiling and large L shaped main room that features a high tech pull down dual purpose, queen size luxury bed or sofa bed as well as a large flat screen TV .The bar dining table for 4 creates a natural separation from the superb kitchen. The three large original windows overlook the wide street opposite the Bank of France which is quiet in the evenings and weekends. The apartment is west facing and very sunny but has the added advantage of being air conditioned if required. There is a small bedroom or office leading onto the bathroom that also features a high tech "wagons lit" style bunk bed system that can be transformed into a desk during the day . The mattresses are very high quality and the beds standard single beds. A large walk in closet, great for suitcases or hanging and shelf space is in between the kitchen and the small office bedroom. The kitchen is a chef's dream with lots of cupboard and worktop space as well as the bar and features a high quality oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. Apartment renovated in 2008. Public areas and wooden staircase of building are a little tired but the façade is in good condition.

The Neighborhood :
Fantastic central location only 150 metres from the Louvre Museum, Palais Royal and Place des Victoires and a short walk through the lesser known Cour Carré in the Louvre, leading to the Pont des Arts footbridge, over the River Seine to be to St Germain and Odeon area within 10 minutes. Close to "boulangerie" on Rue St Honoré, mini market on rue Coquillière, Nicolas wine shop on rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on rue Berger. Nearest farmers market rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church.

Special conditions :
Apartrental request ,for pre-booking, 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid to its bank account by bank transfer only. Once payment is made to Apartrental , you will receive a lease document from the owner's representative and this must be signed and returned to them within 48 hours please. The lease document indicates the details for the settlement of the rent advance by bank transfer net of all bank charges or by paypal where possible (50% payable at the reservation) and the organisation of the check-in and check-out. The balance of the rent (50%) is payable on arrival by cash or travelers checks in Euros or Bank Checks in Euros made out to beneficiary as indicated on lease document. Check in : 1 pm to 6 pm but an earlier check in time may be arranged from 9 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. Check out : 9.30 am but a special check out time may be arranged but must be agreed by your welcome agent in advance.
