Description :
One bedroom apartment, 50 m2, bathroom with bath, shower and wc, second bathroom with shower and wc, on the 3rd floor, with elevator, sleeps up to 4. Luxury apartment, with ingenious design and quality high quality decoration consisting of a very large bedroom with a queen size double bed and a whole wall of wardrobe space leading to an en suite bathroom with bath and mosaic finish aswell as a heated towel rail. The sitting room with a double sofa bed and dining table for 4, is light and sunny, west facing on Rue du Louvre as is the bedroom, with double glazing and has a coloured glass window feature. There is a second bathroom off the sitting room with the same quality finish but with a shower and a second WC and bidet. The compact kitchenette is carefully concealed with tailor made wooden doors that fold away and has a dishwasher, fridge and washing machine as well as microwave and hob. Apartment renovated in 2007. The building entrance on Rue du Louvre has black marble and wooden panelling and was restored in 2006 atthe same time as the façade of the building. The staircase needs repainting to complete the restoration.

The Neighborhood :
Fantastic central location only 100 metres from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral. leading directly to St Germain and Latin Quarter. Close to "boulangerie" on Rue St Honoré, mini market on Rue du Louvre, Nicolas wine shop on rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on Rue Berger. Nearest farmers market Rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church.

Special conditions :
Apartrental request ,for pre-booking, 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid to its bank account by bank transfer only. Once payment is made to Apartrental , you will receive a lease document from the owner's representative and this must be signed and returned to them within 48 hours please. The lease document indicates the details for the settlement of the rent advance by bank transfer net of all bank charges or by paypal where possible (50% payable at the reservation) and the organisation of the check-in and check-out. The balance of the rent (50%) is payable on arrival by cash or travelers checks in Euros or Bank Checks in Euros made out to beneficiary as indicated on lease document. Check in : 1 pm to 6 pm but an earlier check in time may be arranged from 9 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. Check out : 9.30 am but a special check out time may be arranged but must be agreed by your welcome agent in advance.
