Description :
Two bedroom apartment, 40 m2, bathroom with bath and shower, separate wc, on the 4th floor, with elevator, sleeps up to 5. Contemporary stylish pied a terre apartment, 40m2 on rue du Louvre with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The two bedrooms are adjacent and give onto an internal courtyard so very quiet despite the central location. The master bedroom has a real bed, the second a double sofa bed. The open plan living area and stylish kitchen have a dining table for four as well as another double sofa bed. The apartment has beautiful dark wooden floors and a big flat screen tv with international channels. The building was one of the first art deco buildings in Paris and the only one in the area, by the same architect who designed the Samaritaine.

The Neighborhood :
The central location is just a minute’s walk from the Louvre, a two minute walk from the River Seine and 15 minutes from both Opera with it’s famous department stores Printemps and Galerie Lafayette, and St Germain and the Latin Quarter just across the famous Pont Neuf bridge.

Special conditions :
Apartrental request ,for pre-booking, 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid to its bank account by bank transfer only. Once payment is made to Apartrental , you will receive a lease document from the owner's representative and this must be signed and returned to them within 48 hours please. The lease document indicates the details for the settlement of the rent advance by bank transfer net of all bank charges or by paypal where possible (50% payable at the reservation) and the organisation of the check-in and check-out. The balance of the rent (50%) is payable on arrival by cash or travelers checks in Euros or Bank Checks in Euros made out to beneficiary as indicated on lease document. Check in : 1 pm to 6 pm but an earlier check in time may be arranged from 9 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. Check out : 9.30 am but a special check out time may be arranged but must be agreed by your welcome agent in advance.
