Description :
One bedroom apartment, 50 m2, bathroom with shower and wc, second bathroom with shower and wc, on the 4th floor, with elevator, sleeps up to 4. Luxury apartment, architect designed with exceptional furnishings and decoration. The large bedroom with queen size bed and spacious built in wardrobes has two windows with window boxes and looks onto a quiet street and has an en suite bathroom with 4 star hotel quality fittings and heated towel rail. The elegant and spacious sitting room also has two large windows with a dining area, with dining table for 4, high quality sofa bed and original wooden parquet floor. The apartment is for discerning guests on business or visiting Paris wanting hotel quality but with the space and comfort of an apartment but not suitable for young children. The tailor made wooden cabinets in the sitting room house the crockery and glasses and breakfast pack and the flat screen TV. The second bathroom with shower and WC is next to the entrance. The well equipped galley kitchen is well concealed behind folding doors, with a small dishwasher, electric hob, and combination microwave oven. Building entrance renovated in 2008 and has black marble floor and wooden panelling and the elevator goes up to the third floor only so there is a one floor walk up to the fourth floor and the staircase needs repainting.

The Neighborhood :
Fantastic central location only 100 metres from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral. leading directly to St Germain and Latin Quarter. Easy and direct access to the business districts in the 8th and at La Defence on metro line 1. The "boulangerie" on Rue St Honoré is below the apartment, the mini market on Rue du Louvre, Nicolas wine shop on Rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on Rue Berger. Nearest grocers market rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church.

Special conditions :
Apartrental request ,for pre-booking, 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid to its bank account by bank transfer only. Once payment is made to Apartrental , you will receive a lease document from the owner's representative and this must be signed and returned to them within 48 hours please. The lease document indicates the details for the settlement of the rent advance by bank transfer net of all bank charges or by paypal where possible (50% payable at the reservation) and the organisation of the check-in and check-out. The balance of the rent (50%) is payable on arrival by cash or travelers checks in Euros or Bank Checks in Euros made out to beneficiary as indicated on lease document. Check in : 1 pm to 6 pm but an earlier check in time may be arranged from 9 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. Check out : 9.30 am but a special check out time may be arranged but must be agreed by your welcome agent in advance.
