Description :
One bedroom apartment, 55 m2, bathroom with bath, second bathroom with shower, separate wc, on the 1st floor, no elevator, sleeps up to 5. Tastefully decorated 55m2 luxury apartment features a large sitting room with original parquet floor and ceiling mouldings facing the street, with effective double glazing on the windows and a quality double sofa bed and single sofa bed. The bedroom faces a quiet covered courtyard with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen has been well designed with the fridge and combination microwave oven all carefully concealed in built in units. The small table in the kitchen with four stools is great for breakfast. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and is in the sitting room. The separate WC and additional bathroom are a plus point. Apartment renovated autumn 2007. The smart entry hall to the building redecorated in 2008. The main staircase is in reasonable condition with a carpet that cuts out any noise.

The Neighborhood :
Unbeatable location 200 metres from the Louvre Museum and facing an historic passageway leading directly to the Palais Royal with its boutique shops, arcades and gardens. Close to "boulangerie" Rue Moliere and local grocery shops on Rue de Richelieu. Monoprix supermarket Avenue de l'Opera. Nearest farmers market is in Place du Marché St Honoré, Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Special conditions :
Apartrental request ,for pre-booking, 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid to its bank account by bank transfer only. Once payment is made to Apartrental , you will receive a lease document from the owner's representative and this must be signed and returned to them within 48 hours please. The lease document indicates the details for the settlement of the rent advance by bank transfer net of all bank charges or by paypal where possible (50% payable at the reservation) and the organisation of the check-in and check-out. The balance of the rent (50%) is payable on arrival by cash or travelers checks in Euros or Bank Checks in Euros made out to beneficiary as indicated on lease document. Check in : 1 pm to 6 pm but an earlier check in time may be arranged from 9 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. Check out : 9.30 am but a special check out time may be arranged but must be agreed by your welcome agent in advance.
