Description :
One bedroom apartment, 55 m2, bathroom with bath and wc, on the 1st floor, no elevator, sleeps up to 3. Paris pied a terre with all the charm of the original oak beams and stone walls on the historic Ile st Louis island on the river Seine very close to the Marais and Notre Dame. High ceilings approx 3 m 50 high and original windows and indoor wooden shutters are the main feature in the double reception room with large dining room table for 6. The semi open plan kitchen has lots of worktop space and is fully equipped. The bedroom has tailormade built in wooden wardrobe and drawers and there is a small staircase leading to the mezzanine for very occaisonal use as a sleeping area for guests visiting.

The Neighborhood :
Supermarket and shops close by at St Paul over the river in the Marais.There are shops and bakery on the Ile St Louis aswell as best ice cream parlour and great bistrots and restaurants.

Special conditions :
Apartrental request ,for pre-booking, 25% of the total rent amount is to be paid to its bank account by bank transfer only. Once payment is made to Apartrental , you will receive a lease document from the owner's representative and this must be signed and returned to them within 48 hours please. The lease document indicates the details for the settlement of the rent advance by bank transfer net of all bank charges or by paypal where possible (50% payable at the reservation) and the organisation of the check-in and check-out. The balance of the rent (50%) is payable on arrival by cash or travelers checks in Euros or Bank Checks in Euros made out to beneficiary as indicated on lease document. Check in : 1 pm to 6 pm but an earlier check in time may be arranged from 9 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. Check out : 9.30 am but a special check out time may be arranged but must be agreed by your welcome agent in advance.
