Typically Parisian apartment in the heart of the Marais with exposed beams, the flat is on the 3rd floor. (without lift). A mix in the decoration and furniture of the old and contemporary make it a pleasant place to live.

The living room is spacious with large comfortable sofa, it has a large flat screen television and all cable channels and a DVD player and Hi-Fi

A kitchen equipped with 4 vitro ceramic plates, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven/microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

A nice bathroom with shower steam is being equally ideal for a good relaxation. All household linen is provided.
The Neighborhood : 
The apartment, rue Birague is near the Village Saint-Paul area full of antique dealers and collectors that count the Village as one of the best spots in Paris for finding treasures of beautiful and mystical importance. You can also visit the famous place des Vosges with its arcades and its square in the center. The apartment is just in the middle of the Marais, an historic district of Paris with its many museums, the Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet, the Hotel Sully, the Cognac-Jay Museum, the National Archives and the Library History of Paris.

During a walk in the neighborhood you will see beautiful mansions dating from the seventeenth century with their walled gardens and various small parks. The marsh is ideal for walking, including rue des Francs-Bourgeois and Rue des Rosiers.

Many walks available to you as the center of Modern Art Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg), the Seine, Notre Dame de Paris and the Ile Saint-Louis.

Special conditions : 
20 euros extra charge for the cleanning of sheets of people who sleep in the sofa-bed.

The balance must be paid upon arrival in cash. However, the owner agrees that the balance is paid by the client 1 month before arrival by credit card on the secure site ApartRental. The same for the security deposit. (The deposit will have to be made separately.)
