Description :
This 135sqm apartment (including its mezzanine) is located in a 17th century building, at the 1st floor without elevator of a small quiet courtyard. The building is secured by a digicode and an intercom. dramatic apartment with its living-room with 4m high ceiling with wood beams and dramatic crystals chandeliers equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, two iron armchairs. Tv cable, Hifi, internet High speed and WIFI connection; kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing drying machine, toaster, boiler...) and open on the dining corner (round iron table and 7 chairs). It sleeps up to 6 persons with its three bedrooms (ceiling height 1,90 m) two mezzanine bedrooms : Master bedroom with its private bathroom (shower, bathtub and WC) has one queensize bed, the second room has one Queensize bed with its private bathroom (shower). The third bedroom with its private bathroom (shower) on first floor carry two twin beds. Separated WC on the first floor, near entrance door. Iron and hair-dryer are at your disposal. The apartment is also very close to the major cultural and touristic points of interests such as the Louvre Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Latin Quarter, etc. It is ideally located for a quick and efficient access to public transportation. There is also a public parking next to the apartment (exit elevator : less than 70m).
