| | In one of the most evocative and romantic place of Paris, on the western side of "Isle de la Cite" not far from the old Pont Neuf, is located Place Dauphine. From the 4 windows of the flat you can see the square's chestnut-trees stationed all long a triangular space surrounded by different old buildings and by the Law Courts. The square Dauphine was in the past the first botanical garden of the city and it is just few minutes away from Saint Germain des Pres area and the famous Seine river. The flat, extremely bright and quiete, is at the fourth floor with elevator of a 18-19th century building. The apartement is recently renovated with high-quality material and equipment (bathroom and kitchen are Boffi brand). The decoration is a tasteful mixture of contemporary furniture, French and oriental antiques and modern art. In the lounge room there is a convertible sofa suitable for an extra couple or children, and it is possible to admire a 18th century wardrobe door. In this room, oriented south, you can find the air-conditioning system, the TV (which receives for the moment French channels), DVD, card telephone and, in a small cabinet, a stereo an portable computer with Internet access. In the bedroom, oriented south, there is a queen size bed, severals furnitures and lamps.
