Description :
In one of the most evocative and romantic place of Paris, on the western side of "Isle de la Cite" not far from the old Pont Neuf, is located Place Dauphine. From the 4 windows of the flat you can see the square's chestnut-trees stationed all long a triangular space surrounded by different old buildings and by the Law Courts. The square Dauphine was in the past the first botanical garden of the city and it is just few minutes away from Saint Germain des Pres area and the famous Seine river. The flat, extremely bright and quiete, is at the fourth floor with elevator of a 18-19th century building. The apartement is recently renovated with high-quality material and equipment (bathroom and kitchen are Boffi brand). The decoration is a tasteful mixture of contemporary furniture, French and oriental antiques and modern art. In the lounge room there is a convertible sofa suitable for an extra couple or children, and it is possible to admire a 18th century wardrobe door. In this room, oriented south, you can find the air-conditioning system, the TV (which receives for the moment French channels), DVD, card telephone and, in a small cabinet, a stereo an portable computer with Internet access. In the bedroom, oriented south, there is a queen size bed, severals furnitures and lamps. In the modern bathroom there is shower, toilet, wash basin and hair-drier.The kitchen is fully equipped (combination oven/microwave, dishwater, refrigerator/freezer), thus allowing you to make meals using fresch products purchased at the Rue Seine market. The washing machine is located in storage room. All linen and towels are provided.

The Neighborhood :
Five minutes from the Notre Dame Church, from the Saint Chapelle and the very animated rue de Seine and rue de Buci. The apartment is also located 10 minutes from the Saint Germain des Pres area and the St Louis Island. The start of the famous "Bateau Mouche Tour" is at 1 minute from the Place Dauphine. It is in the heart of a quarter abounding with commercial stores, restaurants (three of them are on the square) and the flowers-plant market. Severals buses lines serving all of Paris.

Special conditions :
Final Payment must be paid upon the arrival in cash. For all arrivals/departures after 8 p.m and départures/arrivals before 7 a.m or on Sunday and Public Holidays, you will have a 40 euros extra fee to pay to the person who welcomes you.
