| Paris 5th (Latin Quarter) in a most desirable central location on a wide street with an open view from the 2nd floor (with central heating). The charm of wooden beams and the convenience of bicycles for rent right in the building.This apartment was just renovated by an architect and furnished to make you feel cheerful and comfortable. A spacious and bright living/dining room/study with three (!) double soundproofed French windows, decorated with paintings and etchings of historical Paris also has 21st century high speed DSL unlimited internet connection, Satellite TV and DVD.We even offer you a collection of jazz and classical CD`s if you are bored with your iPod fare. There is a sofa- gigogne that turns into two single beds. The bedroom with two single beds (queen size together) with windows to the quiet courtyard. All windows have light-blocking night curtains if you like to sleep late. When the weather is nice you can have breakfast on the balcony after getting your fresh "baguette" and "croissants" at the bakery next door. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic electric plate stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), separate clothes washer and dryer. A fully tiled bathroom has a spacious shower (sorry no tub) and toilet. Second separate WC. All linen and towels are provided.Optional extra: private underground garage parking space nearby. | |

| The apartment is located within 5 minutes walk (200 yards) of the picturesque Mouffetard, the Pantheon, and Boulevard Saint Germain. You`ll find dozens of restaurants and "Bistros" in that perimeter as well as the famous Paradis Latin nightclub. 5 minutes more gets you to Notre Dame cathedral, Ile Saint Louis, the Sorbonne University and the Luxemburg gardens as well as plenty of movies, theatres, and museums. Right across the street you have the Metro and Bus stations "Cardinal Lemoine"; around the corner are shops of all kinds on rue Monge, including a traditional open air food market in the mornings. | |
