Description :
This 80m2 one bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. The apartment faces a small quiet street and a courtyard, all the windows are equipped with double glazing.This white painted walls apartment is organized as follows : On the first floor, the floor is fitted with jonc des mer carpet : a small entry hall drives to a 36m2 living room, a 7m2 bedroom on the right hand side and a bathroom on the left-hand side. The living room, with three windows (with shades and curtains), is facing the street. It is very charming, with beams and nice pieces of antique furniture: two leather sofas and original 17th century Aubusson tapisserie. It has two wardrobes, a large TV, a stereo system and a DVD player in the cupboard. 1 sofa (folder bed for 2 persons). The bedroom has a queen size bed (160 wide), a wardrobe and two curtained windows facing the courtyard. The bathroom is tiled, with a bath with a handheld showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. On the ground floor which is tiled : a 25m2 eat-in kitchen, a 7m2 guest bedroom and a shower room. The stairway opens out onto the kitchen. It has two windows facing the street, beams, a large wooden bar and a dining table. It is equipped with a small fridge, a dishwasher, an electric oven, four electric burners, a cooker hood, a stainless sink, a coffee maker and a toaster. On the left-hand side, the guest bedroom is organized like a cabin, with (80 wide) bunk beds and a wooden wall. It has no window. The cabin bedroom is opening onto a tiled shower room, with a wall-mounted showerhead and plastic curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Telephone is restricited to local calls and has to be paid according to use. Central heating and water heater by gas. Linen and towels included.

The Neighborhood :
Located between Les Halles and la Place des Victoires, this calm and warm decorated apartment is just a few steps away from the jardin du Palais Royal. Excellent location, close to Chatelet les Halles, to the Louvre Museum, Place des Victoires and the Jardins du Palais Royal. It takes a few minutes to go to the Seine River and the nice Jardin des Tuileries.This live area abounds in restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops. All the services can be found, such as the famous Rue Montorgueil market, and supermarkets.The nearest metro station is Les Halles (Line 1, 4, 7) and RER A and B.

For all arrivals/departures after 8 p.m and départures/arrivals before 7 a.m as well as for departures and arrivals on Sunday or Public Holidays (January 1sr, May 1st, July 14th and December 25) you will have a 40 euros extra fee to pay to the person who welcomes you.
