Description :
Nothing better than a owner, loving his appartment to guarantee your stay . The inside was redone by a famous interior designer. The block of flats has a good security system day and night. You can park your car in an underground parking that is securised at all time. There is a lift to access to the appartment and as you get in you can notice the bight light and the peacefulness and as thought the big window bay give you the view of a nice courtyard full of trees. The appartment is well equip with quality dishes and useful utensils. there is an american kitchen with a black granit counter top and induction patches , refrigerator, and micro-wave, also a dishwasher, a lundry machine and a dryer. There is a living room, that includes a couch that folds out with a 2 persons bed, a coffee table, a flat screen tv and a hifi stereo. The bedroom has a 2 persons bed (140x190). The bathroom includes a shower, bath tub and a sink. The restroom are separated from the bathroom. There is also a small dressing.

The Neighborhood :
Everyone that lives in Paris will all tell you the same thing : inhabitants from the 16th district of paris , situated around the "Seine" river are always privileged. although living at 39 Boulevard Suchet will give you more consideration. Situated between "Portes d'Auteuil and Passy" villages from the past were , well known to be very quiet compared to Paris. this district covers the worldwide headquarters of "l'O.C.D.E" et numbers of embassies. By car, the ring road which goes along gives you quick access to the center of Paris , such as line 9 and 10 of the subway - metro ( stations of ranelagh et Michel-Ange Auteuil) . This is surely the most green and sportif district of Paris. The " Bois de boulogne" with its avenue for horseback riding, its jogging trails, for the children and many interesting places to see such as Roland Garros for tennis, The Parc des Princes for football or rugby and the stadium of Jean Bouin for the athletisme .there are also many gastronomic adresses.

Possibility of garage for the car. (to do directly with the owner). The balance must be paid upon arrival in cash. However, the owner agrees that the balance is paid by the client 1 month before arrival by credit card on the secure site ApartRental. The same for the security deposit.
