Description :
This 40 square metres apartment is a model of fitting. Because of its configuration, it seems to be bigger and quite spacious. Very light because located at the 5 th floor ( with lift ), you will find at the entrance an american kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. No washing machine, but a pressing just downstairs. After the kitchen, you will discover a very big living and its audiovisual and informatic oversupply. The computer is included in the renting. At the end of the apartment, you will find the bedroom with a big double bed, a big storage space and a small desk for the studious hours. And " where are the bathroom and the toilets " will you ask me ? At the right of the entrance !

The Neighborhood :
It's on this Versailles Avenue that 7 or 8000 parisian women, unhappy with the cost of living and the lack of bread, walked down to get the King Louis XVI and brough him back to Paris. It was for him the beginning of the end ! Today, there is an excellent bakery in front of this 139 Av. de Versailles,Av., Avenue which is by now a wealthy road of Paris. It's parallel to the Seine river which is flowing near by at about 150 metres and to the riverside expressway. This location permits to acceed to Paris Center within a few minutes. The metro stations of this very lively area are Mirabeau, Exelmans and Chardon-Lagache The best for you is to;use the bus Number 22 or 72 which are at about 20 meters from your apartment. The bus station is called Victorien Sardou.You only take one of those, and you will arrive, longing the Seine river , to Opera square and Hôtel de Ville. Bon séjour !
