Description :
Apartment comfortable, quiet, well equipped, nicely decorated, perfect for a family (all the rooms open onto a landscaped terrace) A kitchen with a fridge, freezer, electric oven and burners, micro wave oven, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine. A living room with classical furniture, leather sofa where 2 people can sleep, CD radio. A bedroom with queen size bed, cupboard and a bedroom with pullout beds for 2 people, cupboard, desk, TV (more 100 channels) which can be moved to all the other rooms, high speed internet connection. The bathroom with the bath and shower, hair dryer, scales, the toilette is independant from the bathroom. Linen included (bed, table, bathroom)Local telephone calls included up to 5 euros. For the other calls use a prepaid card.No smoking, no animals One covered car park place in the building.

The Neighborhood :
Very quiet street at one block from 2 big shopping streets (rue Lecourbe and rue de Vaugirard) You can find all the traditionnal Parisian shops for food and drinks Several bus lines and 2 metro lines (4 and 12) are at less than 5 minutes' walk and allow you to go to the Eiffel tower, Notre Dame, the Ark of Triumph, the Concorde, Montmartre, le Louvre, the musee d'Orsay. Montparnasse train station is 2 stops from the appartmemt and it allows to go to Versailles. In this area you will find lots of restaurants, cinemas and theatres. It's easy to go to the airports by the Air France bus and the RER.

Special conditions :
For all arrivals/departures after 8 p.m and départures/arrivals before 7 a.m as well as for departures and arrivals on Sunday or Public Holidays (January 1sr, May 1st, July 14th and December 25) you will have a 40 euros extra fee to pay to the person who welcomes you.
