Description :
This charming 55m² apartment is situated in the heart of Paris. There isn't a more central address than rue du Petit-Pont. The building is very secure. The entry door has a code and the lobby door has an intercom. The elevator will take you to the 3rd floor and you are at home. The entry has a large closet where you can arrange your suitcases, it opens onto the dining room/living room and then the kitchen to the left and the bathoom to the right the bedroom is at the end of the hall. The windows in the dining room offer a view of the very beautiful gothic church St. Séverin, a beautiful wood table can receive up to six guests.The living room comes with 2 Double-sized hide-a-bed sofas, watch the large screen television, listen to CDs or play video games. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. It comes equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove with 4 burners and a dishwasher. In the bathroom you can choose between a bath or a shower and wash your clothes in the washing machine which is placed next to the toilet. Finally, the bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds which have been united to form a very large bed, you can admire St. Julien le Pauver; the oldest church in Paris, the square Viviani, and the splendor of Notre Dame.

The Neighborhood :
Situé rue du Petit Pont was built at the spot where crossed, near the Seine, two Roman roads. It is here that would develop Paris, which in those days is called Lutetia. It is there in the Middle Ages, as students, or sit perched on bales of straw, listening to their teachers before the Sorbonne was built less than two hundred meters. It is also there, that after the Second World War, all the big names gave the Jazz an appointment to play at the vault or to the three Huchette Mailletz to mention only institutions that still exist. In short, you'll understand, this district has all the cultural attractions and art which made the reputation of Paris. It is also connected to the main lines of the transit and allows quick access the main monuments of the capital and directly to the Paris airports.
