Description :
Bright, spacious, luxury and very beautyful 6 pieces appartment with high ceilings and large windows. Located just in front of one of the most magnificent parks of Paris, Luxembourg garden, which you can see from every one of it’s 9 double-pane windows, this appartment is very quiet despite of the fact that it’s situated in busting and lively neighborhood of the historically famous “Quartier Latin”. The first bathroom is made of black marble everywhere and has a wonderful copper bath, the second bathroom is also mosaic-tiled througout in black and has copper stand up shower and sink. Highly functional, this appartment delivers top of the line appliances: Dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, microwave, hight speed internet access, free local telephone service are all included.

The Neighborhood :
The apartment is exceptionnaly located just in front of the famous Luxembourg gardens, close to the places St Germain des Près and Odéon, which is also the touristic hearth of Paris thanks to its historic atmosphere, the beauty of old buildings, the chic of bars and restaurants as well as the quality of fashion and decoration stores. The crossroads Buci-Seine is famous for its outdoor market, butchers's shop, delicatessen, fruits and vegetable, baker's and confectioner's, florists...etc. With a lot of bars and small « bistrots », this typical atmosphere of St Germain des Près, this is the perfect place of your summer evenings and week-ends (5 mintutes walking). The famous traditional french restaurant Le Rostand is situated just 1 floor down! The café-restaurants like Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots have made the reputation of the « Rive Gauche » and are still making the tradition (10 min walking).
