The apartment is located on a calm street. It is a typically Parisian apartment on the third floor with an elevator. The apartment has 2 independent bedrooms with a double bed in one room and a Queen-size bed in the other.
The kitchen is well equipped (micro-wave, oven, dishwasher, etc.) and the bathroom has a shower, with a washer/dryer (house linens are provided).

The Neighborhood :

There's a bakery just at the foot of the apartment, a corner store open every day until late in the evening, and a tea shop. The Gobelins subway station is only a minute away by foot, with a bus stop only three minutes away bringing you to the Luxembourg and Montparnasse areas. Approximately 8 minutes away is the Mouffetard district, one of the most picturesque streets in Paris with the outdoor market on Wednesday a must see. Toward the end of the Mouffetard street you will find yourself only minutes away fro m the Boulevard Saint Germain, the Latain quarter, and the Saint Louis Island, where the Notre Dame Church is located.

Warning: For this apartment check-in and check-out are from 7:30 am till 7:30 pm. Except these schedules it will be necessary the agreement of the owner for schedules and after 8:30 pm will be charged 40 euros in cash upon the arrival. Check-in and check-out on Sunday and holidays : 15 euros.
