Description : 
The house consists of 2 rooms (for 1 to 4 persons), 32 sqm, on the 4th floor with elevator. It is the perfect place for a couple with one or two children or simply a couple on their own.

The appartment has two entries: one on the quiet street Charlemagne (near the Seine river métro Pont Marie), the other on the famous street of Rivoli. (métro Saint Paul Center of Paris).
In an old typical parisian building, the appartment has been entirely renovated by an architect (ambiance Bistrot Parisien).
It consists of one large modern bedroom with a nice view on Charlemagne old building and a king size double bed (160 cm).
The living room provides 2 large windows with a view on l'île Saint Louis. The modern leather Sofa converts into a confortable double bed (140 cm).
There is a flat screen cable TV, DVD player, high speed Internet and WiFi.
In the dining area there are two bistrot tables that can seat 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, oven/microwave, 2 vitro-ceramic hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker and a washing drying machine.
The fashion bathroom, located near the entrance hall, has a spacious shower made of pebbles. There is also a washbasin, mirror, toilet, and hair dryer.
All sheets and towels are provided.
The Neighborhood : 
Thanks to the flat double exits and its ideal location, you can visit Paris by foot.
For those who love antiques, there is the antique market in the Village Saint-Paul. The Seine river is just down the road and you can cross the Pont de Sully to the famous Île Saint-Louis.
From there it is just five minutes walk to “Notre Dame cathedral” on the larger Île de la Cité.
It is of course the opportunity to visit the animated Quatier Latin with all its pubs, restaurants and shops.
Near rue de Rivoli, you are also a few steps from the beautiful place des Vosges in the old Marais, the Hôtel de Sully and the jewish quartier. Last but not least, you are also a few minutes from the Hôtel de Ville, the Centre Beaubourg and the Forum des Halles.
There are numerous museums within just a few minutes walk of the apartment: Musée Picasso, Musée Cognac-Jay, Musée Carnavalet, Jewish Museum, the Archives Nationales and the Bibliothèque Historique de Paris.
The Bastille is also close with its numerous tapas bars and cafés in the rue de la Roquette that stay open late at night.
