The first place I can offer you is Canal Saint-Martin where the gold-fish of Amelie is released after its failed suicide. This is also her favourite place to skip stones. It is a narrow canal with 4,5 km in long, connecting Canal De l’Ourcq to the river Seine. It was constructed by Napoleon’s Order in 1802. Many coffee shops, small stores and restaurants along the canal have altered its face. In recent years, it becomes a meeting place every night of numerous artists, musicans and young fashion designers. Chez Prune is famous with canal Saint-Martin view, so remember to come early if you want to "grab" an outside table to enjoy the Parisian feeling.

6. Sacré-Coeur Cathedral (French: Basilique du Sacré-Coeur - Sacred Heart Cathedral) is a famous Christian church in Paris. Located in the Montmartre, 18th District, Sacré-Coeur church was built in the late 19th century.
