- Visit of a typical parisian market and discover how to select the best suited ingredients, learn about the various quality of products and what to look for.

- For two hours you will be cooking a gourmet menu in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
The Chef will share with you his knowledge and secrets, but you will be the one who does the actual cooking.
Of course at the end of the session you will be given a written notice to help you repeat at home whatever you have learnt.
