Parc des Princes (Park of Princes) is located in 16th district of Paris, near Boulogne forest with a seating Capacity of 48.712. Originally, it was a bicycle racing opened from 1897. In 1970, the stadium was built by Roger Taillibert and officially inaugurated on 4 June, 1972, also known as French Stadium of Light. From July, 1974, Parc des Princes became the home ground of Paris Saint-Germain. Firstly, the stadium is used for Paris Saint-Germain, some clubs of Paris FC, Matra Racing and Rugby National Team up till 1998, when Stade de France was built for World Cup and became the National Stadium. In a long time, they considered about moving the home ground of Paris Saint Germain to Stade de France, but this project was broken.
