Luxurious apartment 120 sqm, with three, elegantly furnished master bedrooms, a single room, a kitchenette with a dining space and a fridge with freezer, electric fires, microwave and an extending table with chairs. Every room has air conditioning, double bed, single bed, wardrobe and writing desk. Additional beds may also be available. The apartment is on the second floor with lift, there is a wide entrance and a baggage room. The rooms are cosy and carefully furnished. The two biggest rooms have a balcony and the third, smaller room is nonetheless bright and spacious. There are two bathrooms with shower and the price includes first cleaning, linen and a welcome breakfast upon arrival.

The Neighborhood :
This apartment is very close to the University "La Sapienza" and Termini train station is only a 10 minutes’ walk. The San Lorenzo district is also nearby where there are restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the University, public transportation is excellent and the bus line no. 71 stops in front of the apartment with service to the Spanish Steps.
