| Appartement for rent in Paris, located on the first floor of a period building in Montmartre, this two bedroom apartment is comfortable with all modern fittings. The lounge room is lit by two large windows facing rue Lepic, has oak beams and parquet floors. There is a settee that converts into a double bed, glass coffee table, a wooden chest, a sideboard and a flat-screened cable TV. In the kitchen there is an oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 vitro-ceramic hotplates, fume hood, refrigerator and separate freezer, as well as an electric kettle, a toaster and coffee maker. Between the lounge and kitchen there is a folding wooden table that seats 6 people. Both bedrooms are situated on a quiet interior courtyard. In the main bedroom there is a double bed (160 cm wide), a large gold framed mirror and built in wardrobes with plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide) and a wardrobe. There is also baby cot if necessary. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath with shower, a washbasin and mirror and a toilet. There also a washing machine with integrated dryer, an iron and ironing board.
